A law firm is seeking a Technical Manager, People Team for its Information Technology team, with flexibility to be based in Seattle, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Austin, Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C. This role leads the strategy and hands-on build of the firm’s people technology ecosystem, owning the vi by Aderant platform and serving as the integration lead connecting Workday to downstream systems using tools like Boomi and Intapp Integration Builder in a .NET environment.

Responsibilities span systems development and integration, attorney talent and professional development support, architecture and strategy, data governance and compliance, and team management. The role involves designing and maintaining integrations and custom .NET applications, owning the vi by Aderant platform end-to-end, managing SQL Server databases and automated workflows, configuring talent systems for hiring and associate development, and defining the firm’s people technology architecture and standards. It also includes managing direct reports and partnering with HR on employee relations and recruiting.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role, strong .NET and SQL Server skills, iPaaS integration experience (Boomi, Intapp), and familiarity with HR/talent processes. Law firm experience with vi by Aderant is preferred. Salary ranges from $164,000 to $257,000 depending on location.
