A leading law firm is seeking a litigation associate with 2 to 6 years of experience for its Construction and Infrastructure Group, based in its San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, or Sacramento offices. The firm maintains one of the broadest and deepest infrastructure practices in the country, advising clients on claims arising from large public transportation, water, and building projects nationwide. Its construction litigation team also represents private clients — including homebuilders, commercial developers, and contractors — on matters spanning contract drafting and negotiation, delay claims, cost overruns, and defective construction across residential developments, offices, warehouses, and schools.

Qualified candidates should have a strong interest in construction claims, excellent research skills, and experience drafting and responding to written discovery, pleadings, briefs, and motions in arbitrations and in state and federal court. eDiscovery experience is preferred. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects efficiently, work well within a team, and be ready to take ownership of significant matters. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.

The salary range for this position is $195,000 to $250,000 annually.
